Our Story
Nari and Yoshie have been sharing their passion for authentic Japanese cuisine since 2005. With over 30 years in the Japanese food business and 20 years training professional chefs across Europe, they bring unmatched expertise to every class.
Their teaching philosophy is simple: professional-grade instruction in a warm, relaxed setting. Classes take place in their spacious home kitchen in Solihull, West Midlands — creating an intimate atmosphere where you can truly immerse yourself in the art of sushi.

From Sendai City to the world stage — Nari's career spans London restaurant management, major UK food production for Waitrose, Sainsbury's and M&S, and building a network of 41 restaurants across Europe and the Middle East.

With nearly a decade of management experience at Japan's leading sushi and restaurant chains, Yoshie brings professional-grade culinary mastery and a heartfelt passion for teaching to every class.

Japan
Starting in 2027, we'll be offering exclusive winter courses in Osaka — the culinary heart of Japan. An extraordinary opportunity to learn authentic sushi in its homeland. Limited spaces. More details coming soon.
Availability
Classes run on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 1:00 PM. Each session lasts 2.5 to 3 hours.
Solihull, UK — Sushi courses in Solihull, UK will conclude at the end of September 2026. Classes in Solihull will resume from May 2027.
Osaka, Japan — From November 2026 to March 2027, classes will be held in Osaka, Japan. Please get in touch if you are interested.
